Brielle Siskin Restorative Justice Manager
Brielle Siskin serves as the Restorative Justice Manager with Umoja. She runs Sullivan High School's Peace Room and supports staff at Gage Park, Al Raby, and Hope along with a graduate student intern from SSA.
Brielle started at Umoja in February 2014. Before working at Umoja, Brielle was getting her Master of Social Work at University of Michigan. She also graduated with her BA from University of Michigan where she focused her studies on Sociology, Afro American and African Studies and Urban and Community Studies. Brielle has worked in a variety of social work settings, including jails, prisoner re-entry programs, and non-profit organizations working with youth. Brielle is passionate about social justice work and supporting high school students from underserved communities socially and emotionally so that they can achieve their post-secondary plans.
